Spoke to Mickey, got me in for a wheel alignment and tire balance. Everything went smooth and in a timely manner. Mickey was polite and professional and understanding. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend any one needing service to come visit this location. Will definitely come back in the future. Thank you Mickey.

I had a great experience at Mavis Tire. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Jimmy took great care of me and kept me updated throughout the entire visit. I went in for a tire rotation, and while they were removing one of my wheels, they discovered that a lug stud had been stripped, likely from a previous brake service done at another shop. Instead of just working around the issue, Jimmy explained exactly what had happened, let me know what needed to be fixed, and made sure it was taken care of properly. I really appreciated the honesty and communication. The service was completed in a timely manner and the quality of work was excellent. It's not always easy to find an auto shop you can trust, but Jimmy and the team made the entire experience stress free. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. I'll definitely be coming back for future tire and vehicle service, and I'd highly recommend Mavis Tire to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional service. I had a great experience with Mikey at the mechanic shop. He was professional, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and what needed to be fixed. Excellent service! A big thank you to Jimmy and James at the Mavis Discount Tire in Lubbock, Texas on Texas Avenue across from the fire station. Shredded two tires on the 5th wheel 14 miles north of Lubbock on I-27. The only open shop was Mavis in Lubbock and they closed at 5 and it was 4. I could only travel at a very slow speed to get there and they waited. James and Jimmy waited along with Brandon and we finally made it at 5:15 pm. They replaced all of our RV tires in 1/2 hour.....with a smile on their face. A very big thank you to James and Jimmy for their extra effort for the customer.....that was exceptional service after hours. We did thank them both when it finally ended at about 5:45 pm....on a Sunday. Because of their dedication/hard work, we were able to make it to Palo Duro Canyon by 8 pm.....and we did make it home and the tires are doing just fine. I do want the owners to read this and be able to acknowledge the fine staff they have in Jimmy, James, and Brandon. Thank you all for your time and hard work! Fred and Cherrel.....and the dogs!
